With over 22 years of experience in retail technology and store systems, he drives customer-centric solutions, development of in-store platforms, price execution, self-checkout, and smart locker experiences, enabling scalable capabilities and improving operational efficiency across retail environments.
Deepak Bajpai is Senior Director of Technology at Lowe’s India. With over 17 years of experience in building and scaling retail products, his expertise spans Order Management System, Commerce Platforms, Store Selling Systems and Data and AI implementation. He is also the head of technology for Lowe’s Meridius, a new initiative to commercialize Lowe’s home-grown software products.
